INTER Materials has engineered multiple layer plasma deposition processes for the application of hard coatings for abrasion protection and anti-reflective (AR) optical coatings on large complex curved plastic transparencies and glass.
Originally developed for SOCOM aircraft, INTER Materials has expanded its capabilities to other markets including Aerospace, Transportation,  Auto Racing Sports, Bearings & Industrial Wear Parts, Laser Barcode Scanners, Optics & Electronics, Military, Tools/Dies/Molds.
 

Success Story:
INTER Materials abrasion resistant plasma coatings extended the life of US Army rotary wing aircraft windscreens by an order of magnitude (10X). This same Multiple Layer coating can easily be applied to  smaller and /or flat substrates for aircraft or truck windshields, pilot visors, face shields, goggle, etc.
